Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship international destinations. 


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where carrier restrictions apply.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
