At Greystone Plants, we take great care in preparing and packaging our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and in excellent condition.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases. Live plants can experience stress during shipping, and returning them would require additional transit time that could negatively impact their health and quality.
For this reason, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We will review each situation individually and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
